UK company, yoomi, selects Warwick as its Fulfillment Partner for US Launch

yoomi, the UK company that invented an innovative self-warming baby bottle, is launching its business in the US. "We understand the importance of making a good first impression in the United States and feel well positioned to do so with our choice of Warwick Fulfillment Solutions as our US fulfillment provider, "stated Rizwan Sheikh, yoomi's VP of Business Development for North America.

 

yoomi's product line was first started in the UK. It was created by the CEO, Jim Shaikh, in response to his own family's need for a quick, safe means to warm breast milk and formula. When Jim and his wife Farah's first child was born six weeks premature, night time feedings were a regular part of their care routine. One day, having struggled with the process of heating the bottle to the right temperature in the middle of the night, Farah suggested that her husband apply his doctorate in fluid dynamics and invent a solution that would allow for quick, safe, perfect temperature milk. Jim rose to the challenge and the yoomi product line was launched. yoomi is a rechargeable, BPA free, self warming baby bottle that warms baby's formula or breast milk to the natural temperature of breast milk at the touch of a button - in just : 60s.

 


Starting in mid-April of this year, yoomi will sell its products direct on line at yoomi.com and through select retailers such as giggle, the one-stop source for today's new parent offering a complete checklist of only the best products for a smarter nursery. In support of these distribution channels, Warwick will provide both e-commerce fulfillment services as well as retail replenishment.
