Here is a sampling of some of our team roles at Warwick:
Operations is Warwick's largest department, and is responsible for all inventory handling, from receiving to returns. Jobs include Picker, Packer, Material Handler and Receiving and Returns Agents.
Account Management provides the critical link between our clients and Operations, providing clients with the information they need to manage their business. Jobs include Account Manager and Client Services Representative.
Customer Care agents assist customers with their orders and questions by phone, email, or chat. Warwick operates a Monday-Friday day shift. We do not engage in outbound call solicitations for any client.
Our Personalization group provides professional embroidery and foil stamping services for customers (We add swag to that bag).
Information Technology defines, develops, tests and implements technology solutions, including both hardware and software, both directly to clients and across Warwick departments. Jobs include software developer and network administrator.
